It's very simple, actually pretty silly, but it's incredibly helpful.

If you're feeling sad, mad, unmotivated, do that incredibly hard task: Take a paper, a pen or a pencil, and draw like a 5 years old would. Don't try to use the best colors you can, don't try to make the straightest lines you can. Just forget about responsibilities for a second, and make anything.

To me, I always did a small stickman (me) holding another stickman hand (my dad), and always made him with a ball instead of a stick to the stomach, and giggled lightly like a kid. Sometimes a sun smiling, a rainbow, a very lopsided dog... Anything.

It looks dumb, and it is, but just trust me, it works.

And if you feel good about it, feel free to place it in your fridge, just like our parents did with us.
