For those who have been in the area for a few years now, have you noticed more riff raff moving here or at least passing through? Is it affordable/ cheaper housing being built? Or people who wanted to live in a nice community but brought their ways with them?

Anyone know what else iis supposed to go in at baseline marketplace aside from Costco target and home depot?
