Hi, I am sending you an X-ray of my comminuted femoral fracture, which occurred three months ago. As you can see, there is an intermediate fragment that is quite displaced from the main bone. The X-ray is from three months ago. Current imaging shows only minor callus formation toward the fracture gap, but the sharp tip of the fragment remains unchanged. The fracture gap has not closed; it is still quite wide, and there are several radiolucent areas visible. The callus formation is very minimal. I would like experts here to provide their opinion on the situation and assess the risk of non-union or failure to heal, as three months have already passed without union. Despite this, I am walking and have a range of motion in my knee. I have submitted documents to the disability assessment board."
It’s funny how people expect beard results from minoxidil after just a month or two—that’s a complete disaster. Remember, the foundation is your diet, vitamins, and a solid routine. Don't expect beard results from minoxidil, derma rolling, or tretinoin after just a few months; it’s a long-term process that often isn't visible in photos, but only under proper lighting. I suggest you prepare yourself for a three-year journey. I am also just at the beginning of this path myself—around day 30—and I have personally chosen this two-year-plus commitment.
Hi everyone! Since I ended up with a completely different body hair pattern, and nobody in my immediate family has a beard, which of my ancestors could I take after? Here are two photos of my hairy chest at 22 years old. The second photo shows my brother, who is 33. In my case, I already have more active facial hair follicles than both my brother and my dad. Who could these genes be coming from? My brother has practically zero facial hair, and my dad only has a mustache.
Hi, I'm 22 years old. I can already see some outline of a beard, and I have androgenic body hair on my chest. In my family, my 33-year-old brother has no chest hair and only a few hairs on his mustache (which he shaves). My father, who is 60+, also has just a few hairs on his mustache and a very sparse goatee.
On the other hand, I’ve noticed many active follicles on my face. I think most of them aren't terminal yet, and since there is already an outline, I expect there are more hidden follicles underneath.
I'm starting a 2-3 year journey with minoxidil, tretinoin, and derma rolling. Are there any cases in the community where the rest of the family is completely beardless, but someone suddenly managed to grow a full beard?
