$30 000, What business can i do with that

Hey guys this is my first time really posting into this thread but here we go.

So for the last few years of work i have been saving bit by bit from my job and I was able to save a total of 30k and im just wondering if anybody has any idea on what sort of business I can start with that money that could replace my 9-5 job.

Think of a beginner friendly business where I can spend some time with my family and friends more than a 9-5 but I still obviously have to work hard into it. Im open to any ideas

Can I get into condominium property management without a driver’s license?

Hey guys,
I’m looking into condominium property management as a career path in Ontario, especially around Ottawa. I’m trying to figure out how realistic it is to get started without a full driver’s license.

I currently only have my G1, so I can’t drive independently yet. I know a lot of property management jobs mention needing a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, probably because managers may need to visit different properties, attend board meetings, deal with contractors, emergencies, etc.

My question is: is it still possible to get into the field without a driver’s license at the beginning?

Any advice from people currently in the industry would be appreciated. Is this realistic without a license, or should I wait until I get my G2/G before seriously applying?
