Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Guys, I'm an avid reader, and I am desperate to sell my books. They're all used, and not all of them are in pristine condition. Most of them are not even original paperback, but pdf first copies. I initially never planned on selling my books, but I want to get my IELTS test rechecked for university admissions and so I need to save up at least 600-700 SAR. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out, especially since I only have until the end of the next week before my IELTS EOR deadline expires. I will be selling the books that are not original for about 25-40 SAR each, perhaps even less, depending on the condition. I have loads of books, so just message me, and I'll check if I have the ones you want available. Please help a student out. (I'm also selling the original paperback series of The Trials of Apollo - from the Percy Jackson universe - for about 50-60 riyals each, or a deal of 350 for the whole series. Special editions for collections.) I really want to apply for EOR, but I don't want to proceed with my parents' money in case the score doesn't change. I've never been more desperate. Please, and thank you. I can't deliver the books, so I won't be taking any extra money. I don't have a business. I'll just be handing out the books you guys pay for, and I'll lyk my location.

Saudi Universities Admissions

Hello. I'm a Pakistani resident, currently residing in Riyadh. Having graduated high school, I started researching intensively for university admissions. I'll probably start next year. I applied to BMC in Jeddah with just my high-school transcript. I want to go into medicine, and I recently found out that all universities require a preparatory/foundation year in order to confirm whether you're eligible for the programs you apply to. The question is, are there any other universities besides Batterjee that accept only your high-school transcript? I haven't given the Qiyas exams yet, so I was wondering if I could somehow apply just on the basis of my high-school result, like with Batterjee as a Pakistani resident having studied an international curriculum. I'm burned out because I've had to retake my A-levels simply for the validation of my parents, and preparing for any other exams within this time frame seems like a nightmare. However, I do understand that going into medicine, this mindset is extremely stupid, and so, if need be, I will for sure sit for the Qiyas exams next year, although I'm terrfied that I'll mess up the mathematics section. I'm as bad, if not worse, than an average secondary schooler at maths. Especially mental maths, but oh well, that seems like a problem. I'll have to solve myself if giving QIYAS is inevitable. I have also given IELTS. I just gained hope after hearing that Batterjee accepted applications only based on your high-school GPA and wanted to know if any universities in Riyadh do that same. I would also like to know if acquiring a PR benefits you regarding university admissions, and if so, then how. Please let me know. Thank you.

I didn't study at all for IELTS. Registered for the test 15 days before. Just sat down the night before to go through some speaking videos. I do not recommend doing this at all, and I regret not studying, simply because my result showed me that I could've scored higher had I actually studied.

INTI university malaysia

Guys, I recently had a consultation with a counsellor about going abroad, and he recommended INTI University Malaysia. The Nilai campus. Said that there is free accommodation and discounts. My sister and I needed an affordable option for foundation year since we have 4 more siblings. She will be applying to Computing smth, and I'll be doing business administration. We reside in Riyadh, SA, and the universities here have way too many requirements that are not worth the courses. We didn't want to give the QIYAS exams, (especially me), because I will have to take a gap year since I was forced to regive my AS level exams and I didn't even start preparing for the Saudi exams. I will be turning 18 this October, and no matter how much I try to convince my parents that I won't be 'too old' to join uni, they're still a bit worried. I already talked to my father about the INTI campus in Nilai, and we looked up the Subang one as well. However, reddit says that the Nilai campus is not worth it. I think applying to universities like Monash, Taylors, and Sunway might end up costing too much, especially since even my O level grades aren't good enough to get scholarships. I was told that INTI in Nilai would cost us about 30k SAR each, but the reviews are really bad. I did want to check out Taylor's, but I'm afraid it'd be too expensive. Basically, I DON'T WANT TO STUDY IM RIYADH BECAUSE OF ALL THOSE EXAMS AND Malaysia seems like a good option, but I wanted to hear from the international students there which university my sister and I should apply to for foundation year and Bachelors. An affordable yet reputable university. The INTI campus in Subang Jaya has slightly better reviews, but I think it doesn't have free accommodation, and I don't know if it'll fit our budget. (Sounds too good to be true and probably is). I wish I had gotten better grades and actually worked hard. PLEASE HELP. I really want to solve everything before July. I really want to study in Malaysia. It'll provide my sister and I with a bit of freedom as well. I'm afraid, if not Malaysia, then nowhere, because my parents only accepted our decision since they've been to Malaysia. 🥲
