Should I liquidate my Robinhood portfolio?

I started buying and selling individual stocks around the beginning of COVID, but I’ve since stopped doing that and mainly invest in mutual funds now.

My Robinhood account is worth about $7,500, with around $5,000 in Google.

I haven’t touched the account in years. Would it make sense to sell everything and move the money into my current investments, or should I just leave it alone?

Curious what others would do.

Cam Thomas?

I know he doesn't play good defense, but he's a guy off the bench who can dribble and create his own shot. Isn't that what we need? Especially on nights when Steph is out.

An improved A-10 that's actually true to the number ten

I would be curious about how many bids this league would get. I don't think 3-4 would be uncommon.

What Group of 6 schools "own" their market?

Off top, Boise & Fresno State are two that I think stand out. They essentially serve as their region's professional sports team.

Are there any other schools with a similar situation?

*Edit* schools that serve as there region’s pro team and actually capitalize on it. They are a big deal for the region

What Could've Been... Should've Been

I’m probably preaching to the wrong choir here, but I think this conference is clearly stronger than what we currently have or anything we could have had with the American schools.

G6 Realignment

I'm pretty confident that UConn is the only G6 school that will end up with a spot in the Power 4. If that turns out to be the case, I think it would make sense for the remaining schools to form two regional "best of the rest" conferences.

Each conference would have 10 football teams, allowing for a nine-game round-robin schedule that produces a true conference champion without the need for a conference championship game. Instead of holding conference title games, I'd rather see the two regular-season champions face each other in a postseason matchup to determine the Group of 6's CFP representative. IMO that would be a much more compelling game and a better showcase for the top programs outside the Power 4.

I also sprinkled in some of the top mid-major basketball schools to balance out the leagues. Army & Navy would still have to be in the Patriot League, and Air Force probably would have to be in the Big West or something for them to work.

California Conference

Thoughts on the conference? I think it would instantly have a super strong & unique identity that would distinguish it from other mid-major conferences.

Tried to limit it to 10 teams, was on the fence about Pepperdine over Cal Baptist. Also, wish UC Santa Cruz were D1 bc I'd love the fit. If there were a newer NCAA BB game, I would totally move them up. Probably would go to 12, adding either Pepperdine or Davis as well

First thing when 27 drops

I hope there will be a way to revive a conference like the Big East or Metro
