Thinking critically about most manhwa is a waste of time (with exceptions)

Decided to make my own post on this since I feel like continuing the talk in a better spot.

I thoroughly enjoy reading the borderline mini-essays people write on here about manhwa, even the ones I haven't read or don't agree with. But you'll likely never see me writing one myself, or at the very least it'll be hella rare lol. When it comes to reading manhwa, I like to think of it as playing one of those random pop-up ad games just to kill time. For me, thinking critically about media is reserved for books, TV shows, movies, and song lyrics (etc...). But of course even those aren't all worth doing so with obviously but they tend to be more consistent in my experience.

I'm sure anyone who agrees with what I put here has their exceptions, and those are naturally going to be very different from mine. As of now, I only have a small handful of exceptions. For those who have their own, too, please by all means tell me about them below! :)

Disclaimer: This is my opinion. This is just what I think, so by no means does anyone have to agree with what I said here, or follow it themselves. It's sad that I even have to put this here, but whatever.

Webtoon definitely got lazy with the editing of this series though since I’m only a few-ish chapters in and there’s a bunch of typos in the dialogue and sh!t 😮‍💨

Lucy and Noah >!got to reunite!!< It didn't take as long as I thought it would either.

Idk about y’all, but when I'm really attached to a character, couple, or both, and they get separated/hurt somehow, I’ll stop reading to let the chapters stack up until they're to a point where they've healed and/or reunited!! But considering other plot developments I’m still scared for them oop.

Any other specific needs?

I've never built a pc before or anything even close to one, so it's likely gonna be me asking a buddy of mine to build it for me (I'll ofc offer to pay him, but he said no to me paying him last time I had him make something for me lolol). I'm essentially just the one buying the stuff and asking for the specific tech recs here.

Pretty sure this is in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish so it initially read to me for like 5 secs that she was telling Noel that Santa Claus isn't real. And Noel not taking it well lmao.
