So outside of asking for additional feats I'd like to ask how hard would you need to punch someone in order for them to be flung a few feet into a (double door)fridge and then crush said fridge to 1/2 or 1/3 it's width, and how fast would the punch need to move considering that the person throwing it is built like Kiryu Kazuma.

I've been working on a story for about 10 years and one of the core themes for my mc is Hope so I'm looking for inspiration to help me with my writer's block.
So I've been working on a story for about a decade and after reading some Peak Xianxia and Wuxia I thought about trying to writing to write it as a subsection for an arc for my story.
The Idea I came up with is a an mc who is honest prodigy no cheats or special bonuses outside of raw talent and intelligence, with his biggest nerf being that he is a moral paragon.
Other ideas I had included trying to create psychological complexity through all the cool tropes like combining aspects from characters like Patrick Bateman and prince Zuko to write the arrogant young masters. Idk I'm pretty much a frog in the well in these things, would love some feedback, recommendations, anything.
His whole shtick is being hopeful and his cursed technique is:

This CT allows one to achieve a goal no matter what happens or how unlikely it is.
