From Content to Clients: How We Generated 2 Organic Leads in a Month

I wanted to share a recent result because I’ve seen a lot of conversations around whether organic content can actually bring business.

I’m a marketer, and we recently onboarded a US-based client in France with the objective of generating qualified leads.

Instead of focusing only on posting consistently, we worked on her **content strategy + platform strategy + organic lead-generation approach**.
Within the first month, she received **2 organic leads** through the system we put in place.

One important thing we’ve learnt: **organic lead generation takes longer to convert than paid lead generation.** But when done consistently, it can build visibility, trust and a sustainable source of enquiries without relying completely on ad spend.

We currently offer both **organic and paid lead generation**, depending on the business, offer and how quickly they want to see results.
For transparency, our monthly engagement for this starts at **€456/month**.

I’m sharing this as a small case study rather than a sales pitch, because I genuinely believe the conversation should move from *“How many views did we get?”* to *“How many relevant business opportunities did our content create?”*

How to grow your account

Recently, we have been able trying and testing alot of new Instagram strategies for our clients.

And some new platform strategy for ourselves like Linkedin.

If you would want to see those, experience those and learn quicker from our mistakes

Check out pourplayy_marketing (Instagram)
(Also, we have very less followers so you can actually apply strategy which we will say are working for us)

Things I learnt while working for a restaurant brand!

If I had seen a post like this earlier, it would’ve saved me a lot of trial and error.

We onboarded a restaurant brand in Gujarat and grew it by 4,000+ followers in around 8-9 months completely organically, apart from some influencer collaborations.

Here’s what actually worked:
Trend-jacking, but selectively.
Restaurants are a highly visual niche. We hopped onto trends that fit the brand and used them to get discovered by new audiences.
Strong brand identity.
We didn’t post random food videos. The restaurant had unique dishes, so we built content around what made it different.
Employee-centric content.
People connect with people. Showing the team enjoying themselves made the brand feel warm and approachable. Think of how people remember personalities at their favourite cafés.
Aesthetic static posts still work.
We shot most photos on phones, styled them well, and created carousel posts breaking down their signature thalis. Visual storytelling matters.
Events are underrated.
This was the biggest game changer. The restaurant hosted an event, the place looked beautiful, and we made a simple reel synced to a trending song. No fancy editing, no gimmicks, just great visuals and emotions. That single reel brought 500-600 followers.
My biggest takeaway:
For restaurants and cafés, visuals aren’t just important, they’re the salesman before one tries the product.
And don’t just show the food. Show the feeling of being there, also the people over there.

Hi, it’s been about a month since I started my own business, and I’m currently looking to connect with people (24+) who are also building something of their own.

The idea is simple, we meet maybe 2–3 times a week maybe at a cafe, work alongside each other on our individual projects, but create a sense of belonging and shared motivation through the process.

PS: I’ve tried working out of a coworking space, but it didn’t really work for me. Looking for something more community-driven and intentional.
