Any recommendations on a good PSU brand/product?

TL:DR: My old 2015 era PSU cant keep up with my newerish 6800XT and transient spikes are causing abrupt power downs.

For those who like spice with their reddit posts:
Around 2015 I bought a top of the line PC, 980ti, i7 6700k (its still got life yet), SIX. TEEN. Gigabytes of RAM.
But alas, about 3 years ago, my beloved 980 ti threw in the towel and I upgraded to an RX 6800XT.
The problem however, is apparently newer cards, or maybe just newer AMD cards have a wicked habit of blowing past my PSUs safety limit on voltage or something, for only a few milliseconds, but apparently thats enough to frighten my ancient PSU into emergency shutdown.

An ugly little man stacking his networth in dollar bills, to reach half way to the moon. (This should be a criticism styled caricature)

Does anyone see a connection between the angel comb and the interior of the collector leviathans body cavity?

I can't help but think somehow the world tree has created an organism that eats living things, incorporates their DNA into a proto-comb and then it lays it like an egg onto the world tree roots to grow into a new collector.
