Help Identify my Girlfriend's Sexual Assault Suspect!! (TPS News Release)

My girlfriend is involved in a sexual assault investigation by this suspect in Toronto. The police sent out a news release and I'm trying my best to get as much help as I can to identify him.

"The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance identifying a suspect in a Sexual Assault investigation.

On Sunday, August 9, 2026, at approximately 3:30 a.m., police responded to a call for a Sexual Assault in the Queen Street West and Jameson Avenue area.

It is reported that:

  • a man and the victim were in a restaurant in the area
  • the man followed the victim into the washroom and sexually assaulted the victim
  • the man fled the area
  • the victim was transported to hospital with minor injuries

The man is described as 5'8" - 5' 10", in his 20's, with short black hair and clean shaven. He was wearing a black sleeveless shirt, grey shorts, light-coloured boots, and a black crossbody bag. He has a clock tattoo on the back of his right arm.

Images have been released.

Suspect Sought in Sexual Assault Investigation, Queen Street West and Jameson Avenue area, Images Released

Home theatre upgrade question

I currently have a 3.1 setup in a small room, and I’m looking to upgrade to 5.1.

I have 2 major questions on how to go about this.

  1. Speaker placement
    My room is quite small (9x9ft) and my couch is just far enough back that the sound can be focused right at its midpoint with a clear difference in quality. The problem is my couch is right up against the wall, so it wouldn’t be possible to actually place new speakers behind as shown in every 5.1 setup diagram.

Not sure how I should approach adding the two new speakers. I was considering getting height speakers and putting them on top of the left and right ones, but I’m not sure if that would make much a difference. Alternatively, I can wall mount them on either the wall the couch is backed up against, in the top corners (or just somewhere along the top of the room) OR get speaker stands and place them literally left and right of the couch (no angle, would be pretty close to the sides of the couch).

Or maybe it’s best to just leave it as is for this current room?

  1. Bookshelf speaker suggestions
    I’m not sure what bookshelf speakers I should get for this upgrade (either for this room or a future room). This is my current setup:

ELAC Debut Prima Floorstanding Speakers (DFP5)
SVS SCS-01 Center Speaker
SVS SB-3000 Subwoofer
JBL MA510 AVR

I want something that is considered very high quality, but also something that will last many years into the future. I’m aiming to spend around $1000 CAD but don’t mind pushing it farther for the right pair. Any suggestions?
