Please help me get rid of this

I had these tiny bumps all over my forehead. I started using 2% salicylic acid and now they are inflamed. How do I clear up my forehead.

[Acne] How do I get rid of forehead bumps

I have been using salicylic acid 2% toner and serum for the past 5 days and they have become more inflamed. Is it just a breakout before they go away? Usually they are just skin coloured bumps.

Stickers putting me off. Find My works well but they never show as “With Me” even when using, just shows location. Up to date firmware.
