So theres always discussion on here about people on their phones taking up machines. So, specifically, at Planet Fitness, what is an appropriate rest time?

I started with 45-90 second rest times. Learned that for actual results youre going to want 2-3 minutes minimum. Its honestly the single thing that has changed my progress the most.

Now for some power lifters if youre truly at an Elite level and lifting heavy, theres evidence that an up to 20 minute rest time is optimal.

For me, any sort of critical scientific analysis of my routine would tell me I SHOULD be taking up to 5 minute rests between sets, but frankly I get bored around 3 minutes, and if its busy I can sacrifice the marginal difference and just be grateful I have a cheap good quality gym near me lol.

We have 2 of Juggle Gear's MK3 Rigs and I'm trying to come up with a better way to transport them. Right now I have all my rigging gear, cablees and pins in a Pelican case that works perfect but for the actual crossbar, legs and feet I have them in 3 bags that are originally used for cross country ski's. They work okay but after a year and a half theyre already pretty beat up and I'd like it ideally if I could get it down to 1 or 2 cases. Just wondering if anyone else has a good setup for transporting their aerial rig(s).
