Bike for bigger riders

Hello, I’m a pretty big guy, I’m 6’3 and I weigh 130Kg. In the UK a 125 would be the most powerful bike I can get at my age but I’m just wondering if im too heavy for one ? Is there any that can handle my sort of weight and not feel super sluggish. I also would want the bike to actually be bigger so i fit on it well

First wild camp. Cairngorms

So this way mine and my mates first time wild camping and we chose the Cairngorms. We definitely learnt a lot. In the first night we got there after dark so we had to pitch up in pitch black. We woke up swarmed by midges. The next day we hiked to Spor Gaoith and pitched around there. Beautiful view over Lock Einich. Will definitely go wild camping again.

Wild camp at lock Einich.

Hello I’m a beginner with wild camping but me and my friend want to camp by Lake Einich. The closest car park we can find is the Loch an Eilein carpark. I can’t find anywhere though whether you’re allowed to park overnight or not.
Has anyone done the walk south to Loch Einich? I think it’s about 10 miles

First wild camp in Scotland suggestions

Hello. Me and my mate are wanting to go wild camping next week and we would love to go to Scotland. We are driving so we can move spots.

Just wondering where people suggest in Scotland as I’ve never been. Also, are the midges actually that bad? Ideally I’d like to avoid them. We don’t really want to sit in a midge net all day

Airbed / cot recommendations (read description)

Hello. I love camping but I’ve never really slept well while camping which makes it hard\\\\
\\\\
I have used cheap airbeds from GoOutdoors but they always end up deflating in the night so I wake up with a bad back on the floor.
\\\\
I decided to buy an inflatable sleeping mat because I wanted to take it wild camping but when I tried it I had the worst sleep of my life. I didn’t deflate at all but my back was killing and I just couldn’t sleep.
\\\\
\\\\
I am looking for better options such as an air bed that won’t deflate it a folding camp bed. My budget is quite low ideally around £60 would be good. \\\\
Thanks !

How to find course and trails ?

Very new to Garmin so please help. I looked on the app and saw that there are no Garmin trails in The Uk so I had a look at courses to see what’s on there. \\
Some times random ones pop up but I can’t find specific ones. For example I’d like to find a trail for going up Snowdon (yr Wyddfa) but I can’t find any.

Hello. Is this a bad oil leak?

Hi. I have a 2012 Vauxhall Astra 1.4 petrol and I noticed this dark patch today. Looks like an oil leak and maybe it’s coming from the head gasket? \\
Bit worried with how much this will cost to fix. I’m going to clean it and see how long it takes to come back.

My first ever PCB

Hey guys I just made my first ever PCB at college. I designed it online and then cut it out with a PCB-CNC machine. We didn’t have time for the teachers to show me the masking process so we just did it without. \\

The red wire is because I made a mistake with the design but it worked out in the end.

It’s a traffic light if you couldn’t tell with an AtMega

Why are Carhartt sizes so small in UK?

Hello I’ve bought a few things from Carhartt over the last year but as I’m growing 2XL is not big enough for me to wear the jackets. \\
It’s frustrating as I love a lot of Carhartt stuff like the jeans but the biggest size is 42 which would not fit me. \\
I see online that Carhartt do sizes way bigger such as 4XL but just not in their UK store. \\
Does anyone know places that I can buy new Carhartt things in biggers sizes ?

Hopefully you can see in the photo, the dust in the air is reflecting off the sunlight. The whole room must be full of dust in the air like that. \

My window is open almost 24/7 so I don’t know how it doesn’t flow out.
