Hey everyone,
Is there anyone here who was on Tirz, stopped taking it, and managed to maintain their weight?
Or is that unrealistic, and do hunger and cravings really come back hard after stopping?
How can this be prevented? 😁
Or is it better to just stay on Tirz?
Thanks everyone for your answers.
Hi everyone!
I’m switching from retatrutide to tirzepatide because I want to see which one works better for shutting down the food noise I struggle with 24/7.
My last dose of retatrutide was 6 days ago. I’m planning to start tirzepatide at 3 mg per week.
When would be the best time to take the first tirzepatide dose so the two compounds do not overlap too much?
Can tirzepatide also be split into two doses per week, or is one weekly dose better?
Thank you all for any reasonable advice.
Hi everyone, I have a quick question. Does anyone have experience with ELLA SONG PPHK? 😁
Thank you for your replies 😊
Hello everyone, I’m using tirzepatide and I would like to add Semax.
My question is: what is the recommended Semax dosage and how often should it be used?
Thank you to everyone who is willing to help 😊
I’ve seen mixed opinions everywhere. I’ve been off testosterone for several months now, and my testosterone levels are basically like those of a 90-year-old man.
So TRT seems like the way to improve my quality of life again.
Thanks for any answers.
Hi everyone, what’s your experience with reta and alcohol? Specifically beer?
My brother came back after xxx months and we want to go out for a few beers.
Any experiences or advice? I’m a little worried about it.
Thanks for any normal replies.
Hi guys,
Has this happened to anyone here — that retatrutide worked insanely well for the first month and then suddenly stopped? Even after increasing the dose, it still feels the same.
During the first month, I didn’t even think about food. Now I feel like I’m back to my old habits, where I could just eat and eat. I have serious issues when it comes to food.
Thanks to everyone reasonable for normal answers
