Getting Cold Feet about New Position…

I currently have a full time maintenance tech at a manufacturing facility and make roughly $26.5 an hour, normal benefits, dental, vision, health insurance, no 401k contribution currently due to reasons. Days off no real hassle on getting a day off with PTO. Commute is like 15 min in the morning and 25-30 on the way home. Normal 5 day work week, 8 hours. Been here for a year and a half at this point and I got an offer(accepted) to work at a Museum in my city doing building operations (still maintenance) for $30 an hour. Still get benefits, days off, insurance AND its not. 401k but a 403b retirement account that does match. Although the work schedule is now Tuesday-Friday 10 hour shifts. 0630-1700. Commute is 25 min in the morning and not too sure for the afternoon but definitely more than 25 min. Im supposed to put my two weeks in this Friday but for some reason Im still on the fence about it.

What would you guys do??? Thank you and look forward to hearing responses and opinions.

1999 Chevy Suburban 5.3L

Thought it was a security issue, it still could be but just wanted to get several opinions. This thing has a rebuilt motor and transmission. It was running just fine a couple days ago. Sat for a couple and decided to take her out and this is what I got

Thanks in advance

Just wanted to share here that I got offered a new position working for the Museum as building maintenance and operations!!

This will be somewhat similar to my first role which was a medical campus but completely different from where I currently am at which is manufacturing focused. Has anyone made the move back to more institutional (not sure if this is the correct term) maintenance vs manufacturing maintenance ?
