Is it okay to use my tithe and offerings to help people who are in greater need than the church?

I understand that, as Adventists, we return to God what belongs to Him through our tithe, and we give offerings as a way of expressing our gratitude to Him and acknowledging that everything we have comes from Him.

What has been troubling me, though, is the way tithes and offerings are currently being managed. At times, it seems to me that more of the focus is on supporting the church as an institution or organization, rather than helping people who have nothing to eat or nowhere to live—people who are also candidates for the Kingdom of Heaven and who need to hear about Jesus in the midst of their struggles and hardships.

In light of the Bible, would it be acceptable—and perhaps even more appropriate under these circumstances—to use my tithe and offerings to help people who are truly in need?

I would really appreciate your thoughts and insights on this.

God bless you all, brothers and sisters in Christ

Why isn't this on Spotify/Apple Music? (Walking Alone - Dirty South & Those Usual Suspects, Tomorrowland 2012 Mix)

I believe there's no doubt this is the best version of this song. Why isn't it available on popular music streaming apps such as Spotify or Apple Music?

3 months old and counting...

There's no day I don't wish to drive this beauty of a car. Responsive, comfortable for long drives, noise isolation, etc. Never thought my first car would be a Swift, such a big privilege to own one. It's got its flaws, but nothing serious worth complaining about. I would absolutely buy it again.

Owning the WF-C700N in the past brought me back to Sony's earbuds (WF-C710N)

Last year, I sold a beloved pair of WF-C700Ns that I owned for about 1 year. They were great in everything covering the basics I was looking for: Very decent ANC performance, comfort (which I loved the most), good sound quality, and portability.

After selling them, I got a pair of AirPods 4 ANC which were good but I found out that after a few months that they were missing that rich and clean bass from the C700Ns which adjusted more to the music I enjoy.

So for that reason I ended up selling the AirPods, and recently got these C710Ns. I couldn't be happier with that choice, I'm glad that now these include ear detection sensors which I personally find useful. Only thing I would miss is the physical buttons, they were a great feature on the previous gen. Overall, very happy with this purchase

First scratch on front engine splash shield (Susuki Swift Hybrid 2026)

I've owned this beautiful car for a little less than a week, and the day I always feared arrived. We got a pretty steep and short driveway at home and since I've had this car I've been extremely careful exiting diagonally so the front bumper doesn't touch the concrete.

However, this time I was not careful enough and hit a bit of the front engine splash shield, even though I was driving backwards really slowly. I know I shouldn't worry about it since it's underneath the car, just needed to vent, it's not a nice feeling to see an imperfection on something you really care about. Has anyone experienced this with their Swift?
