When should I consider competing?

Is this any good from 25yds? I’m wondering if I’d be any good at .22lr pistol competitions.

First time cleaning Ti 22

Hello community. This is my first time cleaning my new OCL Ti 22. I’ve soaked it and scrubbed it with a nylon brush. It got MUCH cleaner but there’s still a good amount of built up carbon. On the last baffle in particular I even struggled to scrape off the carbon/lead with a dental tool.

Is this normal? Is there a way to get it clean clean?

First Driving Club

I’m moving across the street from a golf course this weekend. I work from home so I’m excited to mosey on over when it’s slow. I plan to hit the driving range at least once a week. I’ve only been to the range maybe 6 times in the past.

What driver should I get?

My budget is $500 or less.

We Started A New Club!

Hey wrestlers! We (four local coaches) started a club here in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. We’ve got some incredibly talented and accomplished coaches dedicated to growing this club.

We are in the marketing and advertising stage. We have a wonderful space right near the Puget Sound. Just trying to get the word out to everyone in the area.

Does anyone have any advice on how to attract local wrestlers to a new club in an area that needs more clubs? Thank you 🙏

A different kind of wildlife:

I’m a professional cannabis photographer based in Seattle. This client is in Rapid City, South Dakota. None of these are edited yet. Still learning my new A7iv 🙏

Moving home to Tacoma, any advice?

I grew up in Tacoma. Went to Bellarmine class of 2005 and moved away for school directly afterward. After school I moved to Seattle where I’ve been ever since. Our landlord is kicking us out because their daughter is moving into our rental. Houses with a yard here in Ballard are $1M minimum so I think it’s time to move home and try our hand at this equity thing. We got approved for up to $700k.

My wife and I are looking at North End/Proctor and also University Place/Fircrest areas. We are a married couple 40 years old, no kids, two dogs. We like to go on dates, meet new people, shows, parks, paddle-boarding, culture and food, and want to live in a safe place to do these things.

I know people don’t like newbies buying up property but I promise we are good people with a lot to offer the community. I may get back into coaching high school wrestling and possibly even local politics.

Is there an area that you recommend we look? Would you recommend an area over the other?

Thank you kindly for your responses 💙

Can someone help explain?

WTF is this? 40 years old and I’ve never seen a traffic light do this. I fear it’s going to cause accidents.

NW 80th St & 24th Ave NW

*Also, that green/yellow light was 2.5 seconds… not nearly enough time to stop in the rain with a coffee in my hand and my dog on my lap 🤷🏾‍♂️

Stayed up ‘til 2 installing accurizer kit

This was my first time taking the thing apart. I probably dropped screws 14 separate times… crawling on my hands and knees with my phone light. I was determined to install the trigger kit and defeat the sandman. And here we stand. The ‘sassin pistol with a new flat black trigger (from eBay because everything Volqartsen is on back order) 🤨

Can I join your club?

I made the leap! From an A6000 to an A7iv. Got it on Memorial Sale which left me some monies for a Sigma 24-70 and an Ultra Macro 2.5-5x lens, plus a 256 card. I can’t wait to practice. Going to teach my wife to shoot. My next cannabis farm gig is June 15th! 📸

New OCL Ti 22

Tested some ammo today:

First 4 rounds: Aguila standard velocity (1250ft/s)
Second 2 rounds: CCi Sub-Sonic (1050ft/s)
Last 4 rounds: CCi Suppressor (-900ft/s)

A significant reduction between standard and sub-sonic velocity. Notice the reduction in reverberation/echo and my face lol. There was a slight difference between CCi Sub-sonic and Suppressor. I will say CCi Suppressor is creepy quiet 🤫 Especially that last one.

Suppressor just came in

One for self defense, and one for plinking cans off de fence. It’s been a fun journey, I think a Volq trigger system is next.

I’m headed to South Dakota for a week long work trip and wanted to bring a couple pistols. No ammo, I’ll get that there. They’ve got some awesome outdoor ranges where I’m staying. I’ve never flown with guns.

Loving this Condition 1 case! Super secure and stores everything I need for the pistol range. A few questions:

Is there anything I may not be considering?

Is my suppressor good to travel and return with?

Are my 30rd mags okay to travel and return with?

Am I good to check my case without putting it inside of another bag? (Hiding it from thieves) United is insured up to $4500 if lost.
