Helpful advice and tips on nutrition, dieting, and working out based on my fitness body goal and how to achieve it?
Hey guys, so I’m (19M) planning to really starting to work out, to diet, and to eat properly and healthy. I’m pretty new when it comes to fitness and nutrition goals, so I have no idea what’s best for me, so I apologize if I say anything weird or dumb. I have a really weird body type. I have face fat, fat cheekbones, fat cheeks, double chin, skinny flappy arms, flappy biceps, thin hands, thin fingers, fat stomach/belly, fat hips, thick skin, thighs are not bad looking, and legs are not bad looking.
My goal is to lose face fat, slimmer face, lose cheek fat, slimmer cheeks, lose cheekbone fat, slimmer cheekbones, lose double chin, slimmer and sharper chin, slimmer and sharper jawline, visible Adam’s apple, build muscle, good collarbone, broad shoulders, big biceps, big arms, big hands (thick hands), big fingers (thick fingers), lose stomach/belly fat, lose hip fat, stretchy skin, big model like pecs, model like v line six pack abs, slimmer hips, Greek God like back, toned thighs, toned legs, and weighting around 200 lbs. My current weight is about 155 lbs. Having my biceps and arms the most weighted body parts in my whole body, while having low body fat in the rest of my body. So basically my dream body would be a combination of athletic, male model, and Greek God if that makes sense.
With all that being said, what meal plan recommendations do you guys recommend? What 7 different breakfast meals and 7 different lunch meals do y’all recommend based on my goal? Is having dinner really necessary? Is having snacks really necessary? Should I not eat healthy carbs? What’s the best time of the day to stop eating before sleep/before night or is that not necessary? Do you recommend me supplements, if so, which specific ones? Is it better to workout in the morning or evening? Is it better to eat before or after you workout? What are the differences between lean, cut, and bulk, and are any of these beneficial to my goal? What stretches do you recommend before working out?
How long should I workout for a day? What other specific out of the gym exercises and workouts do you recommend or it’s all in the gym? I also plan to hang from a pull up bar for my back to improve my back and box a punching bag to know how to fight. Is it best to take it slow on the first day, first few days, first week, or just regularly train hard on the first day? What specific gym equipment should I spend more time on compared to others based on my goals? (For example: 40 mins here, 20 mins there) What specific gym equipment do you recommend and that’ll be best for my goal? (The reason why I ask is because my gym has a lot of gym equipment and I want to use to right and specific ones for my goals)
Thanks guys so much for your time reading all this. I really appreciate it. Sorry for asking a lot of questions. Hope y’all have a good day.
