Question regarding aged sotol
Hi guys, i am fairly new to sotol. My first bottle I tried was Hacienda de Chihuahau anejo. I am now looking a bit more into it and i am having a hard time finding more options that are either reposado or anejo. Are the majority of sotols not aged at all? It looks like from a quick google search that the only 3 aged sotols are Hacienda, ocho cientos, and IZO. Can you guys confirm if this is correct and that the majority of sotol is blanco and that aged sotol is not the norm? Thanks!
