Does this apply to my male cat? [gendered]

The amount of times I've seen cats be pointlessly gendered (always as she) is absurd like their just an animal.

Any tips on waiting for water?

First time owner! I recently got my plant from a garden center 2 days ago, its inside now since its night now, I always put it outside during the day for light.

Im currently waiting for the weather to rain so I can collect rainwater for my plant, which could be a few days. Im putting out a bucket tonight. I gave it a few drops of tap water so it atleast had some, I heard they need specific water needs so any tips on how to keep it healthy whilst I wait for it to rain? It could take untill the weekend for rain, im currently in a heatwave.

What happened to the wapiti lake pack in yellowstone?

I just got the new data for 2026 on the "wolves years" app and the wapiti lake pack lost nearly 13 wolves, and 1409M took lead male spot from his brother 1270M, does anyone know what happened?. Im quite sad to see 1326m (8 mile) go, he was beautiful.

My newest essa-Jax

I got him a few days ago, and soon I hope to make him a tail. Ive bonded really well, though he still doesn't give my as much comfort as my older plushies. I love doing photography so im glad this pup is super photogenic.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what douglas only wild dogs are photogenic? Im thinking the shadow wolf will be good.

(I do have many non-douglas essas, but to make my collection even more nicht so it doesn't turn into overconsumption I have my collection be douglas only)
