Im starting my BTech in AI and Data science in a tier 2 college and im trying to figure out how to structure my first two years

Right now, I know Python reasonably well and I wanna get better at it by building projects rather than just tutorials. The problem is C is mandatory in my college and I don't know C at all. On top of that obvio I need to learn DSA eventually, and im not sure how to balance everything without trying to learn 5 things at once.

My main questions are:

1. how would you structure the first two years if you were starting again?

2. should I learn C and Python simultaneously or focus on C first and keep Python mainly for projects?

3. when should I properly start DSA and what language should I go for?

4. how much time should I spend on projects and DSA (equal time or more weightage to dsa)

5. what skills do you think are actually worth having by the end of 2nd year for internships?

6. are there any things beginners commonly waste their first year learning that I should avoid?

I would really appreciate advice from people who have already gone through the first 2 years of CS/Engineering in tech related branches

There is an 8% fee hike every year....and students who got scholarship their fee has been reduced to 3.75lakh or 3.17lakh for first year and students with no scholarship have 5.67 lakh. so my doubt was for students who have scholarship is the 8% applied on 3.xx lakh or 5.67 lakh? please help

I'm considering joining KJ Somaiya College of Engineering this year and wanted to hear some honest opinions from current students or alumni.

I visited the campus recently and honestly had a pretty good first impression. The campus felt well maintained, the engineering building looked modern, there was a hackathon going on when I visited, and the overall atmosphere seemed nice.

I'd love to know about:

• Peer group and coding culture
• Hackathons and technical clubs
• Internship opportunities (I saw there's a compulsory internship requirement from second year)
• Placements and how realistic the average package is
• Faculty
• Attendance and academic pressure
• College life and fests
• Whether you'd choose KJSCE again if given the chance

98%ile pe ILS ke through data science???

I have 97.98%ile expecting slightly better in second attempt, chemical or polymer is my first choice but i dont think i will get that, can i take textile and hope for a vertical branch transfer?? Pls help. Last year it shows 17 seats were vacant for chemical engineering can that help?

CET CELL is the best guys, they release all results on time. Im sure they are doing some great work rn. CET Cell is better than NTA. (Trying reverse psychology atp, lets glaze CET Cell)

When i launch the game it says “applying preffered region settings” and it gets stuck there not working. Does anyone know whats happening

thank you epic for giving me 70 ping. have spent over 15k on this game and a lot of other players have too. they donteven pay attention to the indian audience. i build and edit way faster than this on normal ping (30-40) the ping used to be 30-40 before the whole server distaster and shifting thing (around november december). the mumbai servers were the best dude the ping used to be so much better and the gameplay? smooth asf too. now its just shit i get 70 ping where game is not playable (im a serious player, very seldom i play for fun) these ME kids take my wall first try, i cant even triple edit (used to be able to quad edit on normal ping). so yeah this was me just ranting and i think we should collectively tweet and tag epicgames to make some changes or relocate middle east server to where it was a year ago and not to israel (currently at israel or smth, which is farther than bahrain). gameplay was 120 fps but screen recording was 30 fps hence its jittery) video is me trying to freebuild on 70-80 ping

As most of u guys know middle eastern servers are back to middle east (lot of people on this sub said it has shifted to israel or qatar) and indian peeps who used to previously get <60 ping are now getting 100+ so i wanted to ask does anyone use exitlag or other softwares like lagster, just wanted some feedback/reviews cuz im planning on buying it..ik an ideal situation would be mumbai servers but idk if its feasible from epic games pov cuz the indian player base is quite low and they wont profit so im sticking to these softwares
