Should I move to joburg?

25F, feeling very out of place in Durban and thinking of packing up and moving to joburg. Everyone else in my family would prefer to move to Cape Town but i feel more drawn to the joburg for some reason. Would you recommend moving to joburg if I was someone close to you or would you tell me to move to Cape Town instead?

Here are some of the things that have been brought up whenever I mention potentially moving to joburg:

- The crime is worse than ever/more deadly
- The estates never have water
- Municipalities aren’t run well
- The weather is bad
- Theres no beach (id be fine living somewhere with a pool)

My reasons for wanting to move: I barely have a social life in Durban. I hardly ever see anyone my age anywhere. Everywhere I go (restaurants, the mall etc.), it’s full of families.

I just want to exist like a normal person in my country, somewhere I won’t be treated like crap because I don’t act Zulu enough or God-forbid, in looking for a church, I make the mistake of visiting what seems like an inviting, multicultural church that would actually prefer not to have any more black families. Joburg seems like a better fit for me but Im not sure. I don’t want to bother trying if I’m going to encounter the same everywhere. What would you recommend?

There’s a difference between a refugee, immigrant and illegal immigrant. The fact that you can be called xenophobic for saying illegal immigration is bad is exactly why things have become as bad as they have.

Just YESTERDAY, an **illegal** malawian immigrants fingerprints were taken and found in connection to the rape of a child. If they were documented, the childrens family would’ve at least been able to identify their child’s attacker.

Why is the location requirement for the Australian + New Zealand English roles set to Singapore?

They’re looking for native fluency + local dialects and set the eligible location to Singapore, which means anyone who applies from outside of Singapore automatically doesn’t qualify.

Need advice on how to achieve the look on the left

I was trying on the swimsuit in the video in the right and feel my butt is too saggy and low. I want it to look firmer and more rounded like the one on the left and just wanted advice on how to achieve my goal without a complicated routine (ideally 1-2 workouts). Any advice for reducing upper body fat without increasing muscle definition

I want to start working out to reduce the appearance of fat on my upper and mid back area but I already have some natural muscle definition and don’t want more.

I’m looking for advice from anyone who carries their weight in their arms and back. Have you found a way to lose the weight without strength training?
