Started my own mental health club that is getting out reach to other schools
So basically I used to train for wrestling and had a decent stats, 260 squat, 235 deadlift, and a 90 bench. At this time I only used a smith machine. If I were to compete, would the change to free weights be difficult? Im more worried about the anxiety. I’m a bit worried about weights falling on me because yeah. I’m also coming off an ACL tear (I was told I’m okay to lift now) but I am worried about injuries. And also does anybody know where I can find good videos to watch for form? I think I’m bending too forward when I squat
