I counted 120 before I lost count. All motorcycle cops, all agencies from cities to sheriffs to state patrol. The procession lasted over 10 minutes and they were blocking every side street for their procession. Last car was one single ambulance flanked by more bike cops. They also appeared to be jamming mobile signals.

Was it the death of an important state official?

Are there any risks or possible damage from parking on a 30 degree incline daily? Other than the obvious it could eventually roll forward for whatever reason. It can be parked either direction but is currently reversed in so front is facing down. This is the only free parking space available.
