Day 24 and I feel slow/depressed?

I got up from breakfast and felt sort of like my legs were heavier. I listened to a favorite song and it sounded slower than usual? So much that I checked the playback speed, nope it was normal speed. Is this the brain fog I keep hearing about? I'm even more demotivated than before!

What can SSRIs do for me besides making me sleepy/dull my emotions?

Recently I am considering asking my doctor about taking an SSRI, I am considering escitalopram and sertraline.

But my impression from hearing about people's experiences with SSRIs is mostly that they cause a lot of fatigue and dulling of emotions (and other undesirable side effects of course). I can see how these would be one side of a coin that also helps lessen anxiety, but I can also see how this would just make me more unproductive and depressed...

My question is, Does anyone have experiences on either of these SSRIs that were actually helpful and helped them with motivation and helped them out of depression?

When increasing, has anyone not gone up to the full 300mg dose?

Has anyone found a way to increase more subtly from 150mg XL? For example by adding like 75mg SR or something? If so can you specify the doses/pills and when you take them?

Is the dark lip cool or warm?

Maybe I just don't like a dark lip on myself, but I don't think the deep purple looks good on me. Now I'm questioning if it is because it's warmer toned? The product is Nu Artistique from Loreal Colour Riche. Although, as I'm posting and writing this, I think I realize that in natural light it looks better.

For fun, the others are Respected Red and Nu Insouciant from the same line.

Product list:

top: Respected Red

middle: Nu Insouciant

bottom: Nu Artistique

How common is it to use bupropion temporarily to get out of a rut?

I know it's prescribed for seasonal affective disorder in addition to other things, so in that sense I know it's used short term, but how many people have used this drug otherwise in a shorter time frame as an aid to sort of get them through something or out of a rut?

I'm just thinking about this because I only started ten days ago, but I'm wondering to myself hypothetically if it ends up going well, how long will I be taking this medication? Frankly I don't like the idea of having to take this "forever" (not that there's anything wrong with that choice).

I'm not asking people to tell me specifically what to do--- I get that I should talk to my doctor--- but just generally speaking is it used for that?

Altering puff sleeves

I'm not a fan of puff sleeves (on me). I was wondering what would happen if I cut off the cinched elastic part and hemmed it- would that actually turn out okay?
