I run a clothing business in the U.S. and a few months ago I ordered inventory from a clothing store in Abu Dhabi. I paid the full amount, and I have all the evidence—payment receipts, transaction details, WhatsApp chats, invoices, and everything else.
Since then, the seller has been completely ignoring me for months and hasn’t shipped the order or issued a refund. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no response.
I’m now looking to take legal action and recover my money. I have a friend in Dubai who can help me with the process.
If anyone here is a lawyer in the UAE, has dealt with something similar, or knows the best way to proceed, I’d really appreciate your advice or if you could point me in the right direction. Thanks!

The business is mainly focused on finding and sourcing luxury/exotic cars for clients rather than holding inventory ourselves.
