173 cm and 72 kg . Going to the gym inconsistently since 2024 , but im not seeing any results. What do i do ? I found a workout split should i follow it
Monday: Chest + Triceps
• Incline Smith Press
• Wide Chest Press
• Low to High Cable Flyes
• JM Press
• Overhead Tricep Extensions
• Pushdowns
• Push-ups to failure
Tuesday: Legs + Shoulders + Core
• Smith Squats
• Leg Curls
• Leg Extensions
• Calf Raises
• Shoulder Press
• Lateral Raises
• Rear Delt Flyes
• Crunches + Planks
Wednesday: Back + Biceps
• Chest Supported T-Bar Row
• Close Grip Lat Pulldown
• Single Arm Lat Pulldown
• Bayesian Curls
• Preacher Curls
• Hammer Curls
Thursday: Chest + Triceps + Core (similar to Monday but slightly different exercises)
• Incline Dumbbell Press
• Peck Deck
• Low to High Cable
• JM Press
• Overhead Tricep
• Pushdowns
• Hanging Leg Raises + Planks
Friday: Legs + Shoulders
• Leg Press
• Leg Extension
• Romanian Deadlifts
• Sumo Squats
• Shoulder Press
• Lateral Raises
• Rear Delt Flyes
Saturday: Back + Biceps + Core
• Smith Machine Underhand Row
• Lat Pullover
• Wide Grip Row
