Im sorry if this is a weird thing to ask and I promise im not trolling. Anyway I’m interested in trying out this method of growing and always wanted to try procuring my own batch but I have a relatively weak stomach and things like mold, fungus, colonies and masses made small living components kinda get under my skin. I also enjoy psychedelics and think this would be a fun experiment but I also live white rice and rice in general. Oftentimes I’ll buy a big box of uncle Ben’s quick rice packets for when I’m too lazy to cook a pot. So has seeing fungus grow in a bag of rice and the associatation of the two things ruined quick rice for anyone with a similar issue? Sorry for the weird question but it’s always in the beck of my mind when I consider trying out UB growing.

The muddy CGI, the sepia, brown and grey tones, it all looked so bad, even good directors took a dip in their asthetic department. Think of The Aviator or Gangs Of New York. The former is mostly visually appealing but has this weird digital flatness to it, or maybe not flatness but something. Then gangs of ny kinda just looks brown and ugly. And that’s the good movies, mountains of gritty blockbuster slop, haphazardly throwing together CGI and newly used digital cameras. When I think of the look and the culture of the 2000s I think of a nascar race held on a cloudless day viewed through a CRT (and not in a romantic way, the 2000s were largely a hint at what’s going on now) But the movies don’t fit that mold at all they’re sludgy, sloppy, grey and just ugly

I think mine is probably range 15 or casino for basically opposite reasons. The range 15 one is just interesting to listen to because it’s just a look into this absolutely depraved culture of psychos that populates our armed forces and who’s violent disdain for everything just feels so alien. I have more thoughts about it that I’ll get into when I’m off work cause I’ve been thinking about it a bit

Thinking about things like HBOs Carnivale or how far white woman who called themselves “dark” may decorate their house or dress, or like those old point and click computer games (I actually kinda like it in that case)

The mods here try our best to remain chill and not ban people or post formats but it’s a two way street get jt under control or well have to start being douchbags about this bullshit which none of us want to do. For the time being shit talking is not banned however please limit the posts about the mods of the main sub and try to keep it in the comments. And again for the love of god do not go to the main sub and do or post stupid shit it is incredibly lame and annoying to everyone, you’re juts putting this place at risk of being banned and nobody’s laughing.
