Is there any way to make a new post to a thread that is several days old come right to the top of my feed?

It seems new comments to old threads only appear with the old thread, so to see a comment just made, you need to find the old thread. I'd like the comment to appear with something like: "re:old thread name" and have the fresh comments appear under it.
