How does resistance stack?

How does Jason’s resistance stack? If he downs for example a cup of poisoned tea in one go will he have one instance of resistance, as opposed to a bunch of instances if he slowly sips it? At what point do his resistances say “okay dude you are just messing with us” and stop applying from the same cup of substance?

Do I need to check with a doctor if I feel bad after lunch?

F37, 170/78kg, was 105. I lost a lot of weight starting from Jan 2025, but want to go down to 70, for this I exercise and do low-carb diet.

I net at 1100-1200 cal, accounting daily 700-800 cal exercise after work. Work is sedentary with an hour lunch break in the middle of the day. My lunch is usually low-carb, ~400 cal, high on protein.

Lately I noticed after such lunches I feel shaky and out of energy until I go exercise (I feel exhausted and a bit shaky all the way between lunch and workout). It happens after for example a meaty meal, but it doesn't happen after low-cal greek salad lunch. It reminds me of feeling I have after a piece of cake or something high-carb, but there are almost no carbs in my lunches.

I didn't have this issue before, was wondering if I should check with a doctor, have only light lunches or this is normal and I should adjust my schedule and have lunch later? Thank you for any advice.

UPD: Thanks for all the advices! I heard you, and especially about carbs. The fun part about my body is that it will instantly tell me how we’re doing. I wrote the post feeling rather miserable and trying to rehydrate maybe water will help. Then I read your comments about carbs and tried eating a couple prunes in dark chocolate to experiment. Boom! All the fog and shakes - gone in a few seconds and never resurfaced. I need more carbs and a little more kindness to myself. Case solved. I will also check with the doc to be sure. Lots of love to you all, good strangers.
