What the Cow !

What the Cow !

When the economy gets so innovative that even cow pee has entered the procurement budget

₹10 per litre.

Somewhere, a cow is looking at us like... “Wait… you people were taking the milk for free market prices, but THIS is where I finally get government valuation?” Capitalism really does find a way.

Whoever controls the AC in Qatar offices, I just want to talk

Outside 46°C Inside the office: Antarctica.

I leave my car feeling like a rotisserie chicken, walk 20 metres, enter the building and suddenly I need a North Face jacket and emotional support.

Today I saw one guy drinking hot tea while wearing a hoodie in AUGUST.

Meanwhile the thermostat is sitting there proudly showing 19°C like it has something to prove.

Why is there no middle ground in Qatar

We either cook outside or get cryogenically preserved inside.

My Accidental yet best purchase in Qatar

What’s something you bought thinking, “This is completely unnecessary,” but now you use it almost every day?

For me, My Bose QC35. Bought them in 2017 thinking I’d only use them for flights because of the noise cancellation. 7+ years later, I still use them almost every day for TV, PS5 gaming and travel. I can even wire them to the PS5 controller and use the mic.

Only had to replace the ear cushions. Easily one of my best purchases.

Curious what everyone’s best accidental purchase has been

Did you know Taoism could have come from Thalassery ?

For anyone from Kerala, this is worth watching.

Too much of what we think we know about Kerala's past comes from legends, political narratives, or school textbook summaries. The Pattanam excavations are different they're based on archaeological evidence.

This conversation with Prof. P. J. Cherian explains how discoveries at Pattanam have reshaped our understanding of Kerala between 300 BCE and 300 CE. It covers our maritime trade links stretching from the Mediterranean to South China, the influence of Amana traditions, the everyday lives of ancient Keralites, the languages they spoke, and the scientific evidence behind these conclusions.

What makes this especially interesting is that it reminds us Kerala didn't become globally connected yesterday. Our ancestors were part of international trade networks over 2,000 years ago, interacting with Romans, Arabs, Africans, and Asians while many parts of the world were still developing their own long-distance trade systems.

It also highlights the work of archaeologists including Dr. Roberta Tomber, Dr. Giulia Rocco, and Dr. Marianne Bergmann whose research has helped uncover this history through evidence rather than mythology.

Whether you're Malayali or simply interested in Indian history, this is a fascinating watch. Understanding Kerala's history helps explain why our culture, literacy, religious diversity, and outward-looking society developed the way they did. Knowing our past isn't about claiming superiority it's about appreciating what makes Kerala historically distinctive and why preserving that heritage matters.

Highly recommended.

Any PS Gamers in the hood ?

Any gamers in the group, preferably on PlayStation?

I am looking forward to connecting and playing online with anyone interested. I mostly spend my time on RPGs, but I also play Helldivers 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands and Ghost Recon Breakpoint. I am not much of a COD or FIFA player, but I am open to giving them a try.

I also enjoy games like RDR2, The Last of Us, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, Ghost of Yotei, Witcher series, Elden Ring and First Light (last game).

Only catch is that I will be playing from the Qatar time zone, so there will be around a 2.5 hour time difference. Nothing too drastic. Looking forward to connecting with some new gamers from the Kannur hood.

Kannur Gym Recommendations

I’ll be staying in Kannur for about a month and will be living in the Mundayad area. I’m looking for recommendations for a good gym, preferably somewhere around Mundayad, Varam, Chovva, or Kannur town.

A few things I’m looking for:

Good quality equipment (free weights and machines)

Opens early (around 5–6 AM would be ideal)

Not overly crowded in the mornings

Comfortable parking

Clean and well maintained

Happy to pay a bit more if it’s worth it

I’m mainly into strength training, body recomposition, so the gym doesn’t need fancy classes just solid equipment and a good atmosphere.

Would love to hear your recommendations or any gyms I should avoid.

Thanks in advance!

42 Mal | 6 ft Tall | 97 kg | Started Peptides in April 2026

Goal is fat loss while maintaining strength and muscle. Currently training regularly with compound lifts and eating in a calorie deficit. Energy during workouts is good, but I feel moderately exhausted after sessions. Initial nausea from Retatrutide has mostly settled. Resting HR averages ~72 on rest days and ~79 on training days.

Compound Mix Concentration mg per Unit
Retatrutide 15 mg + 2 ml BAC 7.5 mg/ml 0.075
CJC + IPA 10 mg + 2 ml BAC 5 mg/ml 0.05
GHK-Cu 50 mg + 6 ml BAC 8.3 mg/ml 0.083
MOTS-C 40 mg + 8 ml BAC 5 mg/ml 0.05
Date Reta CJC+IPA GHK-Cu MOTS-C
Apr 11 1.5 mg - - -
Apr 17 1.65 mg - - -
Apr 24 2.25 mg - - -
May 1 1.65 mg 0.5 mg 1 mg -
May 2–7 - 0.5 mg daily 1 mg daily -
May 8 1.725 mg OFF 1 mg -
May 9 - OFF 1 mg 0.5 mg
Lift Weight
Flat Bench 50 kg
Smith Squat 92 kg
Overhead Press 35 kg
Deadlift 60 kg

Questions

  • Does this stack/dosing look reasonable for a sustainable cut?
  • Would you keep Reta stable longer or increase slowly?
  • Any real benefit from increasing GHK-Cu or MOTS-C?
  • Does the recovery/resting HR pattern sound normal during a cut with this stack?

Would appreciate feedback from anyone running Retatrutide alongside with any inputs GH secretagogues or MOTS-C.
