First Handheld (RP6 vs. O2P vs. Suggestion)

I want to get into emulation and portable gaming and i've seen a lot of good things said about these 2 devices. I was curious if anyone has any insight, i would most likely get the 12 GB RP6 and the 8 GB O2P just due to availability. Also the titles i would like to play are games like Hades, Hollewknight, Outerwilds, Silksong, Nine Sols, Celeste, Etc. and i do enjoy portability as i move around a lot during the day

RP6 8GB or 12GB for Indie PC Gaming

I am looking into getting my first emulation device and decided i think the RP6 gives me the portability i want as well as the performance of an Odin 2 Portal which i also would like. I am mostly interested in some light emulation, my biggest use case will be PC and Steam games, majority smaller indies like celeste, Sea of Stars, Hollowknight, Stardew, Hades etc. I am curious if i would need the 8 GB or 12 GB or is the RP6 is even right for me. Thank you!
