Does arcana ever gain charisma?

No seriously every scene she's in has her saying the stupidest most obviously 'stupid evil' things and the characters treating her as some charismatic if insane genius villainess. But i'm only seeing the insane part no matter what angle i look at it from. Even the vice director sounds more charismatic, and she's a pretty obvious out and out bitch. Since sophia is supposed to join up with her in the later chapters and going by the trailers more than just desperate but outright convinced, does arcana get better at it? Story has been really good otherwise but arcana's overly evil dialogue is really hurting believability for me. Like, i've seen trumpericans that would catch on to her its that stupid.

Scaling average 40k scaling to hoyo scaling.

By which i mean, if you where to mix all the highest and lowest scalings to get a somewhat sensible average and remove the propaganda and in character lies(cause chaos definitely lied about their power at some point or another) how would they scale to emenators or aeons even without their most wanked feats or would even the four morons be fodder to a hax enough herrscher.

Any ruusan reformation focused fics?

Specifically how much it ended up damaging the jedi in the longrun into canon territory. Would also appreciate a fic where someone reminds barris offee of the fact that before that, jedi did in fact fight in wars, hell they even still did sometimes afterwards. The only differences between then and the clone wars are 1. Less seperation of command and 2. The jedi being less prepared.
