Terrible and cheap products. The customer service is horrendous, not to mention they wouldn’t offer any solution to broken cheap parts. A product we bought from them broke and we wanted to buy the replacement product (we didn’t want anything free) and they wouldn’t help us at all, the best they could offer was 20% off another product smh. Please avoid the headache and go with maxi cozy.

I know this is tough and I’m sorry in advance lol. My relatives from a foreign country that I visit every few years want to know if there’s an insta-hot shower head that plugs into a two prong 120vac connection, but only activates when the water is on or by timer (because they had one and accidentally leave it plugged in and it breaks) I thought maybe a capable insta-hot shower head that connects to a two prong power timer that they can turn dial to however many minutes of hot water they need. That way in case they forget the timer will save them and the insta-hot shower head won’t break. But I can’t find one, any suggestions please? Thank you 🙏🏼
