Hello guys! I’m currently in the Army serving as a 14E as a Thaad Operator/Maintainer and I now have 15 months until ETS and this is around the time where I need to start seeing whats there for me. Now, i’m not gonna make my final decision based off of this but I wanted to see some insight from people who transitioned out the Army into Raytheon and was it worth it for them.

How was the lifestyle change?

Is the salary worth it?

If I choose this path, what things would I need to have a better resume?
