Looking for experience person as a consultant in aluminium sector

I am actively exploring the setup of a secondary aluminium recycling plant/factory in North India with a long-term vision to build a globally competitive export business.

My key focus is understanding:

• Major challenges in setting up and scaling
• Raw material sourcing (scrap ecosystem)
• Power and pollution compliance complexities
• Global demand potential and future market outlook
• Export opportunities and country-wise demand
• Margin structure and profitability
• Operational bottlenecks and risks
• Technology, machinery, and quality control standards

I want to understand the real ground realities before entering this sector.

If you have hands-on experience in aluminium recycling, ingot/billet manufacturing, exports, or plant setup, I’d value connecting and learning from you.

Need advice to start export business

Which product is better to enter with (aluminium vs chemicals)?

1.How do beginners find global buyers?

2.What are the biggest challenges in export?

3.Which products have strong future demand and good margins?

I have 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and distribution, currently handling distributorships for Hindustan Unilever and Tata Consumer Products in my family business. Now I want to build something of my own.

My plan is to start with trading/export, understand the market, build buyers, and later move into manufacturing.
Looking for advice.

Would love to hear from exporters/manufacturers already in this space.
