Just finished shaving and got out of the shower. What are these white blotches on my legs? 16F
What was your scariest amusement park experience?
reddit.comYour favorite Pokémon type that ISN’T Fairy, Dragon, or Steel?
Before Fairy/Dragon/Steel lovers take offense, I would like to kindly share my reasoning. Fairy, Dragon, and Steel are definitely the most loved types in the franchise, especially by players who are more into the competitive aspect. Nothing wrong with that!
BUT… if I were to simply ask for everyone’s favorite types, I’d probably be getting the same answers—Fairy, Dragon, and Steel.
So tell me, are you fond of any other types?
I am a big fan of ice types! Ice is pretty hated because of all the weaknesses it has, but there are so many cool (ha ha) and beautiful ice types in the Pokémon universe! Did you know that Frosmoth will not hesitate to attack anyone it sees disrespecting its habitat by using its wings to engulf them in a blizzard?
I love reading the answers to the questions I ask on here, so if you have the time and motivation, please comment your thoughts! :)
In the eyes of the Lord, would abortion be sinful in regards to a severely disabled child incompatible with life?
reddit.comIn the Lord’s eyes, would abortion still be considered murder in regards to a severely disabled child?
I don’t understand how any parent could bring a child into the world knowing they are doomed to a life of constant suffering.
I’m not referring to disabilities like Down’s syndrome where the child is still capable of independence and enjoying life to some degree. I mean debilitating conditions that leave the child in a permanent vegetative state. Can’t talk, can’t move, can’t register or respond to the world around them. Pro-life? It isn’t even a life at that point, it’s just a body that’s barely hanging on.
If the parent(s) aren’t aware of the disability during the pregnancy and only find out after the child is born, that’s different. But I can’t imagine making the decision to bring life into this world while being fully aware of my offspring’s horrible fate. It seems so cruel. These parents devote their entire lives to a being that doesn’t even know they exist.
How is preventing a life of suffering more sinful than intentionally prolonging it? I don’t get it.
(Before any assumptions are made, I would like to clarify that I have never been intimate and do not plan on marrying or having children in the future)
If you could replace or give an additional ability to a Pokémon, which Pokémon would you choose and what ability would you give to it?
Personally, I would give Intimidate to Bruxish. Intimidate is a very valued ability (INCINEROAR HELLO), so maybe more people would acknowledge and appreciate Bruxish if it had Intimidate. Strong Jaw and Dazzling are Bruxish’s current standard abilities, and both are quite good already. I don’t see any reason why they should have to go. Intimidate could just be another option. Bruxish isn’t very good competitively, so this might be a letdown or feel unnecessary to a lot of people, but I think Bruxish deserves it.
EDIT: I FORGOT ABOUT DAZZLING!!! HOW COULD I FORGET ABOUT DAZZLING???
Edit 2: Honorable Mention — Rotom Fan shouldn’t have Levitate, it’s literally a flying type which makes it immune to ground type moves anyway. I probably should’ve just made this post about Rotom Fan to begin with, huh?
I’m scared.
My biggest fear is dying unexpectedly and ending up in Hell. I have OCD and horrible intrusive thoughts, so I think about it often. I got saved when I was 5, and was scripturally baptized at 8. Nearly every Sunday at church, I find myself panicking during the invitation after the sermon and desperately praying, trying to “save” myself another time. I can’t stop worrying about it. I question my faith a lot and have to constantly remind myself that God is real and I am a Christian. These nagging thoughts won’t go away. What if I suddenly die during one of those episodes where I’m doubting my faith and go to Hell because of it? What do I do?
