[Hobby] Looking for a small indie team for long term projects

Hi everyone!

I’m a game developer. I’ve published and released two games on itch.io, and I’m now looking to build a small long-term indie team that can eventually grow into a proper studio.

The focus of the team will be narrative-driven games with strong storytelling, atmosphere, and immersive world building across different genres.

We plan to develop mainly in Unreal Engine 5 to achieve high-quality visuals and cinematic presentation.

Current goal:

Start with a small, well-scoped first project to build team chemistry and establish a solid workflow before scaling into larger projects.

The team currently consists of 2 persons (creative director, game director)

We are currently looking for:

• 1 Programmer (Unreal Engine 5 / gameplay systems)

• 1 3D Artist (environments, props, characters)

• 1 Musician / Sound Designer (ambient + OST)

The kind of people we are looking for:

- Passion for game development

- Ability to communicate and work in a team

- Portfolio or previous work is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome

Our current project is called Northern Wind: Aldurill

we're planning to make a demo first for the game before we start the full production.

The game is a high fantasy RPG game inspired by witcher, souls like games, and elder scrolls.

If you’re interested, feel free to message me with your work or experience.

Meet John Alex.

Something happened. Something involving his brother Daniel. And the deeper the session goes, the more John's version of events begins to crack -dream by dream, memory by memory, until the line between what he remembers and what actually happened disappears entirely.

This is not a game about finding the monster.

It's a game about becoming one.

PSX visuals. Fractured dream sequences. A story that gets heavier with every step forward.

Meet John Alex.

A man sitting in a therapist's chair. Quiet. Cooperative. Answering every question carefully — like someone who has rehearsed this a thousand times.

But the walls of Room 107 hold more than he's letting on.
