I don’t feel much hunger. Not sure if that’s because I reduced carbs recently or because I got into a huge car accident that’s made me lose my appetite lol but I’ll take it either way

I’m going to start my fast next Sunday evening and am trying to prepare. I’m thinking of just having protein (chicken, fish, beef, whey) and non-root vegetables for this whole week. I already am used to not eating refined sugar but I tend to eat lots of potatoes and whole grains. Would that be a good idea? Or is one week not enough
