UMD Public Policy or other major

hi, any current umd students have friends at the public policy school doing a b.a in public policy? im planning on going to law school and just wondering if it is smart to major in it to keep the highest GPA I can + as someone who does kinda struggle in math.

im tryna see if i should stick to it or major in smth like Government and Politics, or PPE?

Does being apart of umd honors college rlly matter (specifically if ur pre-law) in terms of getting internships, better connections, and awards compared to scholars

UMICH Public Policy

hey im a prospective student at UMICH (just got off the wl), i was wondering how strong the public policy program is at Umich. I would be entering Umich as a poli sci major and then try to apply for the Ford School of Public Policy. I was also just wondering how selective it is.

I've heard good things about it, and i want to go into a good law school later on (particulary like a t10: stanford, yale, etc).

also just curious ab umich overall, how is the work life balance. party life, and like how did u guys adjust to the weather (idk thats one of my biggest things since where i live its decently warm).
