34 years old male virgin

I am 34 and was always good looking to the point that girls always flirt with me but my problem is that I am introverted and I have phobia of having sex.
Every time I am with a girl to start kissing and having sex something blocks me and I back up. So I gave up 6 years ago. Now I want to fix this problem.
I don't know how to overcome this! I have no idea about the hidden cause maybe masturbation maybe anxiety maybe childhood I don't know!
Is there a girl that want to help me with this?

How is this related to other call center jobs?

I started working as an investment service representative 6 months ago and the job is basically working from home answering clients calls for 8 hours with two 15 minutes break and one 30 minutes lunch break. Calls are back to back and ACW is like 3 or 5 minutes and calls length can vary between 2 minutes and 50 minutes. Requests are complicated and requires a lot of law/investment/finance/customer service/accounting knowledges. I am coming from a completely different background and this is the first time I am taking calls for a job.
I don't find the job itself complicated and with 10% effort and focus I am managing to be one of the best in my team. But talking with 20 or 30 person a day and handling their inquiries is exhausting to me as an introvert. The average client is smart enough as this is a brokerage firm with some clients being stupid but I had a rude client only one time or twice.
The problem is that since I started taking calls I only leave the house once a day to buy a pack of cigarettes and spend rest of the time scrolling social media or whatever.
Are these call center job symptoms?
Am I wrong complaining about this job and considering leaving for my mental health.
I am so confused and I can't figure out if the job is making me isolated or I have other residual mental issues.
Any advices are welcome!

Need advise please. What would you do if you were in this situation.

I am working as investment service representative since almost a year, it is basically taking inbound calls from customer for 37h/week and it is work from home. Since 2020, this is my third job and all of them are remote jobs, so I forgot how work in office is. I have a technical background and my previous experiences were in IT. Today I received an offer as a contractor to work with CN railways 40h/week in the office 60k annual. (if someone working with CN here, can you please confirm if this salary is fair).
Comparing both roles, the salary is basically the same, but if we include the commute time and number of hours I will be paid less. The job with CN is telecommunications equipements logistics technician (logistics + labs).
I am really tired of taking calls because I am an introvert and it is not for me and I am not used to it but I just wanted to make career change and have a first experience in Finance and investments.
I am so confused, I like telecommunications and Finance equally but I don't know if I can take phone calls for another year or two.
