Hello my 2012 manual veloster (UK) does not start without being jumpstarted. It has passed its MOT and relatives and friends have suggested it’s because it was previously sitting on the drive for a few months it needs to be driven regularly/high speed so the battery is most likely fine.

On short journeys I’ve sometimes stalled on the road or parked up for a bit and it needs jumpstarting 😭

No lights on the dashboard suggesting an issue.

What do you guys think?

I wish I was glute dominant. Everything goes to my quads. I’ve stopped doing knee bending exercises since they hit quads. Hip hinge exercises target the glutes and I push through the heels which I love but I understand progress is slower because I avoid step ups, BSS, lunges and leg press for example.

I do activate my glutes in my stretches like kick backs and fire hydrants and using a band during stretches.

But I’m not seeing enough glute gains :(
