After sharing using a custom Compressor preset, my video file has a Bit rate of just 10.6 Mbps, even though I set it for 30. How can I force the file to be at a higher bit rate?
How can I force it to be shared at a bit rate of 30 Mbps
I just posted this on Apple forums, but I am sure that I will be told that my OS and software are no longer supported

This should be very straight forward, but it is not working for me. I have also tried to go the route of adding a camera and spotlight, yet still the same outcome - nothing is appearing - see attached screenshot

Hey guys, I know that the series ended a long time ago, but I still love it and especially the music. In the case of this post, I am looking for that upbeat electronic/techno like music played in the preview to season two episode seven.
BTW, any other intro underscore music that is upbeat for this series would be great to know where I can purchase/download the music - WITHOUT the audio of the characters speaking
Let me give a little background first:
I starting working with e-on Vue back in the early 2000s and I purchased every update, along with the assets (that came on CD - back in the day), until 2016 was the last update along with the assets.
Fast forward to today, I transferred my Scenes directory from a very old computer to my current computer
"C:\Program Files\e-on software\VUE"
When I start Vue, click on the Open button, I can see the samples - almost like a time warp back to the day, as if nothing had changed.
However, when I go to open any of the files, I receive the following notification:
"This asset is part of an extra package made available freely to all customers. You can download several such packages at the URL shown below, and install the assets inside your content folders using instructions found in the ReadMe.txt file inside the archives" - see attached screenshot
after clicking the Open button
A) I already have the assets on my hard drive
B) When I click on the link, it just takes me to the generic web site "https://info.e-onsoftware.com" which redirects me to "https://www.bentley.com/software/e-on-software-free-downloads/"
I have tried to search on the "bentley.com" site and when I try to submit a ticket, I have to complete a registration process - complete with verification codes sent to my email - only to be told at the end of this process - "Successfully logged out"
Does anyone know how to open the files, that you have already purchased, that are on your hard drive, to open in e-on Vue
