Philip wrong for insisting on destination wedding.

This is Courtney's first and maybe only wedding. She wants a standard wedding with the dress and to have her friends and family there. And she is right that most people don't have the time or inclination to go to a destination wedding.

Dog likes to lay in front of toilet

Anyone else have a dog that likes to lay directly in front of or on the side of the toilet in the summer? My dog spends half the day there. I have to contort myself around the toilet to use it so I don't disrupt His Majesty.

Who watched the kids on the Cosby Show?

I grew up with the Cosby Show as a kid and watch it now with my husband. Love the show. That being said, it is so unrealistic. You have a high powered attorney and a doctor with 5 kids. Yet, no daycare or nanny to watch the kids? The show makes you assume Cliff watches the younger ones because he works from home. But still, his office is in the basement (that is another issue) so he can't be with the kids all the time. Rudy can't come into the office with his patients. It would have been more believable to have a nanny of some kind living in the house or had one of the parents have a less demanding career like a freelance writer who worked out of the living room.

The fact that women have to endure 40 years of periods in order to have children pisses me off

The idea that a women has to endure monthly bleeding from the time she is 12 years old all the way up until she is about 50, is infuriating. A women has to bleed from her who ha for decades just to be able to have a baby many of us don't ever want. And that is best case scenerio. I had fibroids for years until my hysterectomy. So my bleeding would sometimes last more than half the month and I would bleed through a super heavy pad in an hour.

Anyone take Prilosec in the morning and Pepcid or Pepcid Complete before bed?

I was taking 2 Pepcid 20mg (morning and evening). It doesn't seem to be working well lately. So today, I took one Prilosec in the morning. Until the Prilosec builds up, I am thinking I need something to take at night for at least the next couple of nights. Should I take Pepcid, Pepcid Complete or maybe just a Tums?

I have become obsessed with buying kitchenware.

I have become obsessed with buying and collecting different plate sets, flatware and cookware. I buy more of it than I need. I even know at the time I don't need it. I just want it. I have a hard time finding a place for it. Throughout the years I have had this same problem. But the obsession is different each time. I have done this with cosmetics, hair products, clothing, shoes, purses, and blankets. Blankets were my last obsession. I have a bunch of throw blankets and comforters. Anyone else have this issue? I am thinking my brain is understimulated. But I am really not sure.

New annoying reflux symptom

I have had GERD for years. I t is mainly controlled with Pepcid. But recently I have been having this thing where I feel there is a bubble of gas in my throat. If I burp, it relieves it for several seconds or minutes. But it just feels trapped there. I tried taking some gas x and that doesn't seem to help at all. Anyone have this type of symptom? If so, how did you get rid of it?
