Feel the inner workings of your body, feel the action of movement in your skin

As if the path were unfolding before you, asking only for an intention of the heart and for only flame, your presence. These days I've been thinking about the phrase "be water," and i think to myself, that's so true! Flow like water, don't calculate, don't rush anything, just be physically aware of the experience, and our hands become extensions of our center, our words the blueprints of our life, our decisions the divine in action. I realize that the only thing to do, ultimately, is to be present in the experience, with what exists here. How do you become present in the experience? Through dance? Sport? Yoga, breathing techniques, intuitive movement? History matters little for healing.. what's important is to feel.

FEEL the feeling that comes through you my friends, we scared of the physical sensations that lives in our body, we tense up.. we need to relax into it.

Dancing through discomfort is about circulating vital energy

embracing even the unpleasant and becoming one with what i never wanted to feel. How present can i remain, aware of my body, WITHIN resistance, daring to be who i am, daring to surrender, even when things get stuck? It's the ability to FEEL and allow ourselves to exist in our full truth, despite doubts and fears, that unites us with our divinity. I feel this in dance, in movement, and i realize it's something we can apply to our daily lives... this energy guides not just movement, but creation in general. Every gesture made, every word spoken, is a perfection of what needs to be... because it's authentic, it's raw, it's true, it's without thinking, without correcting, it's the rightness. Daring to do something despite the discomfort is what increases our adaptability and what literally creates a life force that can move the body fluidly. It's also a way to receive, to open ourselves to the feminine within, and to say yes without controlling, just feeling. We can direct energy with intention! It's really interesting. I don't always embody this every moment, it's still something i mostly experience through my practices, and that's okay too.

I will love to know how it make you feel

The most recent painting I've done, all simplicity. For me.. a lot of solitude, introspection... a silent transition before action.

I feel myself preparing to move, transforming from within before my reality does. What i experience recently is reflected in the landscape, i love it.

I work in acrylic but with a lot of water :)

Presence is sensory! I feel it within my body

Intuitive dance/movement is incredibly powerful for healing. Surrendering to physical sensations creates a space of fluidity that yearns to be created. This is FLOW state. It is CHOOSING to embody the physical body IN the experience, here and now, with whatever is felt... unease? discomfort? fear? Can i surrender to it? Can i simply continue to feel despite the resistance? Right here, in the present moment, i don't analyze, i don't judge. All i have to do is feel within my body. I shift my awareness within my physical form, i become the one who creates through it, i no longer identify with it. I AM the intention behind the creation, and i watch the movement unfold on its own.

Two years ago i wasn't able to go outside without panic attack.. through somatic practices i heal bit by bit my nervous system and i feel safe again, to be present in my incarnation. Just for that, i'm totaly grateful.

😊 I'd love to read your impressions of how it makes you feel.

I always feel a great sense of solitude in my paintings... it's a small format, but i just want to do another one but bigger. I just added a touch of blue to my monochrome. It doesn't have to be extravagant. What matters to me is that it comes from my imagination, and i find it cool that certain things keep recurring... the trees, the reflection, the houses. I feel like i have a style emerging, even beyond the things i paint. I have a way of creating that's developing, a coherence I've been searching for for a long time.
