I love my A40s but anytime I get a call, they say they can't hear me. They are clean and no idea why it happens. Anyone else have this issue with the A40s?

I read they use the same band size (22mm). My question is, had anyone that had a custom band on their Bip 6 use the same band on a Bip Max? I have a stretchy metal band on my Bip 6 and am worried it won't fit as snug on my wrist because the Max is a bigger watch.

The Soundcore A40s cannot stay connected to my tablet if also connected to my Pixel 10a using dual devices. I found a work around that will allow it to work properly. It's a little bit of an annoyance but here you go:

Forget the a40 from the Pixel before you take them out of the case. Let them connect to the other device. Put them in your ears and open Bluetooth on your pixel. Tap connect new device and then hold a finger to both a40 buds at the same time for 3 seconds. When you hear the sound connect them on the Pixel. They will work on both devices until they are put back in the case.

You will have to do this every time you want them connected to a Pixel phone and another device.

It's been nearly 60 hours now with no reply from email support. The Soundcore a40 will not work with my Pixel 10a and Android tablet. I have to disconnect them from my phone so I can use them with my tablet. I'm not resetting them again, too many times. I have to use my Tozo NC20 for now.

Edit: I even upgraded the firmware to 6.43 and they still disconnect from my tablet the instant the multi point connection to my pixel is made. And they will not connect to the tablet again unless I "forget" them from my pixel.

Soundcore updated the app today and fixed the dual device issues with a Pixel phone and the A40s. Now I can have them connected to my tablet and my 10a with no issues. Before the update the A40s would disconnect from my tablet as soon as they connected to my pixel.

I fixed my problem but I wanted to share in case anyone else runs into this. I had a Moto g stylus 2025 and an android tablet which worked perfectly using multipoint for both of them. I got a pixel phone recently and the A40s started disconnecting from the tablet every few minutes.

I had to reset the A40s to clear out old device connections. Now they work with my pixel and tablet fine.

If you run into multipoint issues after getting a new device, you will know how to fix the issue.

I set up a macrodroid macro using Gemini two weeks ago. It is only supposed to fire the trigger every other Saturday. I just asked Gemini today if it was going to work tomorrow. Dumb arse said no and told me fix this, fix that and more. I told it, you helped me set this up 2 weeks ago and said it would work. Gemini says, oh that's my mistake I forgot about our earlier conversation and that the macro will work. 🙄
