I used four small ripe bananas, Egg Beaters, golden monkfruit, and Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 baking flour. Delicious. Recipe in photos, no link available.

I found these on my lawn for the first time. I did read that if they are puffballs, and completely white inside, they’re probably safe. But I want to be sure of the identification. Other puffballs posted here are all white on the outside. These have a pattern. Thank you!

She arrived today, with a little thank-you note! This is the café au lait color. I cannot believe how LIGHT she is, for her size. The straps don’t quite meet the buckle, unless you really scrunch the sides. The color is gorgeous as a Fall neutral. Great bag for the city, travel, shopping, or just schlepping.

She looks relaxed and a little worn-in already. The leather is soft, not stiff. She fits comfortably on my shoulder, although I haven’t loaded her up with plane crap yet. Big enough to hold MacBook, if needed, blanket, headphones, small purse, etc.

There’s one zippered interior pocket and two biggish pockets that could hold a phone and sunglasses.

Thanks to all the sleuths here who found this bag! I’m thrilled.

Had extra batter. I used GF flour and cut the sugar to 1/4 cup of monkfruit sweetener.

I’m going to reupholster the ottoman and make new curtains, but nearly all the books have been shelved. There’s a tea cart on the left.

I added crushed black walnuts. Delicious and not too sweet. Large muffins done in 25 minutes.

I didn’t find anything on Google about a badge giveaway. Did not open the link. Just curious. Has anyone else gotten this? What would they be trying to get? For context, I have almost 40k followers, including some high-profile accounts.

After 28 years of waiting, including nearly two months for some clown that kept not showing up, it’s finally finished! Missed the planting window for a lot of seeds, and have to hook up a power cord and the hose, plus add pavestones in the middle, but I am thrilled! Going to start adding plants today. Shipped a lemon tree from CO, hope that it survived.

Found Maria Cozzi GF pizza crust at Aldi! Naturally, it was about half the size of a “regular” ball of dough, but whatever.

I rolled it out, badly, and stuffed the misshapen edges with string cheese. I’ve never had a cheese-stuffed crust, so thought, why not?

Used tomato-olive pesto as a base because I didn’t have an open jar of tomato sauce. Added artichoke quarters and red onion, topped with thick-cut shredded mozzarella. Baked for 18 minutes. 16-17 would have been fine, too.

The crust was very thin and very crispy! I don’t know if a slightly shorter baking time would have resulted in a chewy crust. I rolled it out very thinly.

It was very yummy. One small slice put me in a cheese coma. I would buy this crust again, but probably combine two packages for a bigger pizza.
