Have you ever had any fantasies about the everyday life of the Sith in the era of SW:TOR?

Have you ever found the daily life of the Sith in the SW:TOR era funny? The films show the period when the Sith turned into a secret order of two individuals who spend all their time training and accumulating strength to rule the galaxy.

However, in the era of SW:TOR, the Sith had their own state, where they served as an aristocracy. So they had a social life (for example, watching feature films in a cinema theater). It's funny to imagine a teacher and a student coming to the box office and ordering two movie tickets, with snacks and drinks.

How do you think people learned about alchemy?

Alchemy allows you to create magic, no matter what the alchemists think. This is a very limited magic that follows the law of conservation of energy. However, it's hard for me to believe that people just discovered this science, without otherworldly entities. Otherwise, it turns out that some occultist accidentally drew the right circle and figured out how to activate it?
Remembering how the >!first homunculus!< taught >!Hohenheim !<alchemy, I have a feeling that once upon a time, some people somehow made contact with the entities from the Gate, from whom they learned about alchemy. How do you think people discovered alchemy?

What kind of chaos will occur if thousands of different people receive geass powers at the same time?

Imagine that as a result of some manipulations, thousands of different people in all parts of the world will receive geass powers? What kind of chaos will it cause? Will no one notice anything, or will there be a bunch of supervillains trying to take over the world?

To clarify:

  1. Events occur after the end of R2.
  2. Canon — serial or movies, as you wish.

What energy sources are available to alchemists other than the movement of tectonic plates, qi, and the Philosopher's stone?

Alchemists from the West draw and transform the energy of tectonic plates into transmutations. Alchemists from the East use qi energy (or the energy of the Earth's electromagnetic field, I still haven't figured it out). All alchemists can draw energy from the Philosopher's Stone. FMA 2003 is a separate case that is not formally considered canon, although it contains a very interesting source of alchemy.

Question: Can alchemists (according to the manga canon) connect to other energy sources to perform transmutations? The thermal energy of the surrounding space, solar energy, electricity, the energy of black holes? The energy of splitting an atom, after all! I understand that it is possible to write a story where alchemists can learn how to work with a new energy source. However, is there any reason for this in the canon?

Please don't waste a lot of your time on my question. It's just entertainment, not an important thing.

Do you think the Eldian Empire had a regular army of soldiers, or did the armed forces consist only of titans?

The Eldian Empire possessed weapons that other countries did not have — shifters and ordinary titans. Before the invention of the ODM gear, ordinary titan alone was not victorious. So, I'm guessing that the Eldian Empire didn't have a regular army of soldiers without superpowers, since that's pointless. However, then why would the people inside the Walls have artillery? Was it invented in the shelter or did they use old samples of military equipment?

I want to know the opinion of other users of the site. The manga and anime don't say anything about it.

Titans suddenly invaded the jungle. How long can Tarzan defend himself?

Imagine that somehow titans got to the coast of Africa, where Tarzan lives. To his horror, he discovered humanoid giants walking towards where Jane and the professor had stayed to conduct research. Tarzan has no way to arrive and evacuate them quickly, only to delay the titans.
Tarzan doesn't have an ODM gear or firearms, just a spear and a jungle environment (vines, rocks, wild animals, and so on). How long can he hold off titans?

Has human culture and science developed uniformly faster in the world of Code geass than in real history?

In this anime, the main characters date back to the founding of Britain, not the Birth of Christ. In this setting, Britain was founded 50-60 years before His birth. It follows that at the time of the first season, the 1950s and 1960s. However, human culture and society are customarily arranged as in the 2010s, apart from the real role of the monarchy and aristocracy.

Women have equal rights with men in almost everything. Girls can dress erotically and not cause dissatisfied shouts. Online video games are the norm. If you don't go into the political map, then this year 2017 will be the same as in our world. It turns out that the history of culture and science went faster than in our world. But how much faster? Is it evenly 1.5 times faster or with a sharp jump somewhere in the early 20th century (according to the British calendar)?

P.S. I forgot to mention that the discovery of sakuradite in the Middle Ages greatly influenced the development of technology, since the properties of available energy sources play a major role in the development of engineering and urban infrastructure. The high-energy resource even allows you to create KMFS that are almost impossible in the real world. So mass electrification and the industrial revolution could have started one or two centuries earlier than in the real world.

Is the illusion spell a means of dealing with the paradox?

If mind sphere spells are invisible to the eye of an ordinary person, then they do not cause a paradox, because in fact the laws of physics are not violated, and the strangeness of the victim's behavior can be attributed to hallucinations or stress. So, if the sphere of the mind allows you to cause hallucinations in a person, is it possible to program the mind of a witness in such a way that he does not see the use of magic? For example, his eyes will see a fireball, transformation into a bird or teleportation, but all these actions will instantly disappear from the witness' memory and will be literally invisible. It turns out that if you cover an entire city with such a spell, then all mages will be able to avoid the paradox, even with witnesses?

Provided that this spell does not work on awakened mages and this spell can be removed from the witness if necessary. Another thing is that this spell does not affect electronic devices, but the recordings can be declared computer graphics.

Can mage fuel his magical powers with pride and self-confidence?

We all remember the paradox, the main kryptonite of mages. In addition, each mage understands magic in his own way, so it depends on psychosomatics and rituals. However, each mage potentially has the power to destroy cities. So what's the limit on spell power? Is it really just a lack of faith that they are capable of such large-scale manipulations? Does this mean that any mage can infinitely increase the power of his magic, cultivating pride and faith in his might?

P.S.Thank you all for the answers!

It is known that each mage understands magic in his own way. Someone uses occult traditions, someone bases their Paradigm on concepts from television and fiction books, someone does not recognize superpowers at all, but knows the blueprint of a teleportation device. So, I have a question: is magic one structure that everyone understands differently? Or does every magician unknowingly add his own mod to the reality program code?

For example, if one mage asks the spirit of fire to do magic for him, and the other just believes that he is a mutant from the X—Men and also uses the power of fire (without intermediaries), is one of them right? Did the first magician create the spirit himself, believing in its existence?

I think WoD can be played by people of different opinions and religions. The characters may be atheists, believers without clear ideas about their religion and without its practice, or even true believers. How do they perceive the supernatural underside of the world? Are they afraid, studying it, or accepting it?

Tell me stories about your Christian/Muslim/Jewish game characters. Who were they (ordinary people, vampires, mages, and so on) and how did they feel about the world after personally encountering the paranormal? Did they have a restructuring of their worldview? For example, the renunciation of faith, or vice versa, has their faith become stronger?

I'm interested in reading about how different people think about faith in the context of WoD? I have not developed a system for calculating detailed statistics, so I will limit myself to the question inside this message.

If you're interested, I chose these three religions because they have a negative attitude towards the occult. Therefore, the characters will not be able to simply say that they had previously engaged in the occult for money, and now they have found a more effective way to become magicians. Exploring the world of darkness leads to the question: is my faith real and what does it mean to the world?
