how do i move on from this online guy that i’ve known for a year.. i thought it was all real n shi n i loved him real hard but he moved on within a week n found someone new i keep checking his profile n his msgs in groupchats n IT MAKES ME SICK..

i lowk think i got played. i keep relapsing by checking his profile every other day even after finding out the worst shi abt him (like him adding his new girl to his spam, following cornstar girls)

Im 19F, need an indian diet n workout plan to lose weight (no gym)

I tend to get hungry alot idk how to eat less as it makes me hungry easily… What what should i have for breakfast, lunch n dinner??? I’ll follow intermittent fasting n for workout i’ve an indoor cycle at home (pls tell me how many hours of cycling should i do) i also have skipping rope, i can also walk at home + do cardio/ hiit from yt pls guide me

i dont know how to do everyday makeup/ clg makeup since ive never used makeup except for on weddings n occasions (so pls lmk ur makeup routine for clg n products)

also give tips abt clothes. as im a hijabi i can only wear modest clothes idk shi abt styling the most i can wear is a kurti w jeans (so pls give some tips n also what jewellery n allat)
